This equipment is based on the new BYD E5 electric vehicle. By maintaining the integrity of the original vehicle wiring harness, it showcases the main components and working principles of electric vehicles through partial dissection. The equipment supports online fault detection and real-time parameter monitoring, making it suitable for theoretical and practical training in electric vehicle maintenance at vocational and technical colleges, educational academies, and training institutions.
Product Functions
1 Operation and Experimentation: The equipment supports the operation, experimental practice, and diagnostic training of the electric vehicle's battery, drive motor, reducer, air conditioning system, lighting, electrical and electronic equipment, braking, and steering systems.
2 Fault Setting: Faults can be set for the main control units without damaging the original vehicle wiring harness.
3 Component Display: Parts of the floor, roof, and hood are cut to display the main components while maintaining the integrity of the original vehicle wiring harness.
4 Circuit Detection: A dedicated junction box is connected in series with the original vehicle wiring harness, drawing control signals to the central control panel for detection and fault setting.
5 Real-time Monitoring: Digital meters are installed to display key parameters such as the working voltage and current of the high-voltage battery and drive motor in real-time.
6 Charging Training: Uses a portable 220V slow charger for charging training, facilitating high-voltage battery management.

1 Vehicle Display: A complete vehicle structure display based on the BYD E5, including the battery, drive motor, control modules, cooling system, etc.
2 High-voltage Battery Structure Practice Equipment: Demonstrates the internal structure of the high-voltage battery and provides diagnostic testing functions.
3 Control Panel: An external large control panel measuring 1600mm x 800mm x 1600mm, mounted on a 60cm high wheeled stand for easy operation and mobility.
