I. Functional Overview:
This training platform is designed to provide students specializing in intelligent driving with a comprehensive electric vehicle drive and braking system training platform. By using advanced branded electric vehicle braking system components, combined with a professional braking system testing bench, students can disassemble and assemble systems, perform testing and calibration, and implement and test brake control through programming simulation.
I. Core Functions:
1. Control Signal Generator: Emits programming or parameter change commands to adjust braking intensity. Equipped with command signal display and signal detection interface, supporting signal monitoring with oscilloscopes/multimeters.
2. Brake Controller: Receives analog signals and converts them into brake master pump control commands, equipped with a signal detection interface for monitoring.
3. AEB System Integration: Reserves an interface to receive signals from the vehicle controller, facilitating integration with the AEB system.
4. Braking System Components: Uses standard production models of brake master pumps, slave pumps, pipelines, and accumulator devices, supporting pedal operations and electronic control.
5. Technical Documentation Provided: Includes circuit schematics of the by-wire controller, embedded source code, as well as by-wire CAN protocol and C++ test source code, ensuring consistency with the bench scheme.
