I. Training Stand Overview
The Ultrasonic Sensor training stand is designed to provide a comprehensive learning platform focused on the basic working principles, structure, and key applications of Ultrasonic Sensor. Through hands-on operation on this stand, including the precise installation and tuning of Ultrasonic Sensor, learners will gain an in-depth understanding of how Ultrasonic Sensors detect objects, their detection characteristics, and how to effectively communicate via radar signal commands. Additionally, the training stand is equipped with a module for diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in Ultrasonic Sensor circuits, aimed at enhancing learners' ability to face and solve technical challenges in practical applications.
I. System Configuration
1. Four-probe Ultrasonic Sensor: Provides omnidirectional detection capabilities, supporting target detection and positioning in complex environments.
2. Ultrasonic Sensor Visualization Teaching Software: Displays radar data through an intuitive user interface, deepening learners' understanding of radar data analysis.
3. Training Stand (including supports and display): A hardware platform specially designed for training, supporting multi-angle and multi-position radar installation and tuning.
4. IPC Industrial Controller: A high-performance controller for data processing and device management, ensuring the smooth conduct of training activities.
5. Ultrasonic Sensor Virtual Simulation Software: Offers a virtual training environment, allowing learners to configure and diagnose radar systems under risk-free conditions.

1. In-depth study of the working principles and structure of Ultrasonic Sensor, with hands-on installation and adjustment.
2. Use PC software to set the working parameters of the Ultrasonic Sensor and monitor and analyze test results in real-time.

4. Measurement Accuracy: 5mm at close range, up to 0.5% of the detection distance at long range, ensuring high-precision detection.
5. Distance Adjustment: The measuring distance for each probe can be adjusted independently, providing flexible detection configurations.
