I. Functional Features

1. The device comprehensively demonstrates the energy control      strategy of series-parallel hybrid vehicles, dynamically simulating the      direction of energy flow and the operational states of the motor, engine,      and generator in six different conditions: startup, low-speed,      normal-speed, high-speed, deceleration, and parking. It vividly showcases      the characteristics and advantages of the series-parallel hybrid system.

2. The teaching panel is made of high-quality aluminum plastic and      is treated with a special process on the surface. It features a color      circuit diagram and a working principle schematic that will not fade,      allowing students to visually compare and analyze the structure and      working principles of the hybrid system.

3. The panel is equipped with an ignition switch, condition      switch, throttle pedal, gear switch, brake switch, digital tachometer, and      current indicator, supplemented by LEDs to dynamically indicate the energy      flow direction. Additionally, it includes three simulated motors to      demonstrate the operational states of the engine, motor, and generator.

4. The device operates on a standard 220V AC power supply, which      is internally converted to a 12V DC supply, eliminating the need for a      battery and reducing maintenance. It also features a short-circuit protection      function to ensure safety during use.
