I. System Overview
This comprehensive training system is designed to complement the development of intelligent connected vehicle technology, specifically for theoretical teaching, skill training, and capability assessment. The system integrates the latest generation of smart cockpit hardware devices, covering key technology modules such as connected technology, information display instruments, central control consoles, and driver behavior management. It provides comprehensive teaching functions from principle explanation to structure demonstration, and assembly operation.
I. System Functional Features
1. Multi-function Display and Control: Integrates instrument display, central console operations, and entertainment information systems to realize vehicle information display, entertainment interaction, and connected applications, which are core functions of the smart cockpit.
2. Data Communication and Safety: Supports Ethernet and CAN bus technology to achieve efficient data reception and forwarding. The system design meets the functional safety requirements of the vehicle manufacturing industry, using CAN instructions to implement device startup and information display.
3. Instrument Information Display: Capable of displaying basic information of passenger cars such as speed, driving mileage, various warning indicators, etc., providing drivers with necessary driving information.
4. Central Control Interaction and Navigation: The central console and entertainment information system support touch input and voice playback, offering onboard navigation functions including destination selection and route planning, as well as multimedia applications like audio and video playback, external media access.
5. Driver Management System (DMS): Integrates advanced driver management systems, including facial recognition, fatigue driving detection, driver absence alerts, etc. It supports input from camera data or video files, with algorithm open source code, supporting secondary development to meet specific teaching or R&D needs.

1. Smart Cockpit System Cognition and Assembly: Provides training on system structure understanding, component installation, and system integration.
2. Cockpit Device Operation and Control: Teaches startup processes, system control, and fault diagnosis operation skills.
3. Driver Behavior Management and Safety Monitoring: Involves the use of the DMS system, including fatigue detection technology training to enhance driving safety awareness.
III. Technical Specifications and Working Environment
1. Display Screen Specifications: The central control and entertainment display screens are no less than 8 inches in size, with a resolution of 1024*600P, supporting touch control; the instrument display is also no less than 8 inches, providing clear information display.
2. Communication Interface and Network: Equipped with CAN/CANFD, I/O, USB interfaces, supporting Bluetooth, WIFI, 4G network connections, ensuring efficient system communication and connectivity.
3. Adaptability and Safety: Operating temperature range of -25~60℃, avoiding humidity, operating voltage of 12V, protection level up to IP65, ensuring stable operation of the system in various environments.
