CL-VC-003: Vehicle-Road Cooperation Sandbox and Cloud Control Platform
I. Introduction
This vehicle-road cooperative sandbox and cloud control platform is designed to simulate real urban traffic environments, including elements such as road traffic areas, residential areas, and parking zones. The road traffic area in the sandbox is specially designed with traffic lane lines, traffic sign models, vehicle models, traffic light models (including traffic light control modules), and pedestrian models. It aims to work in conjunction with smart cars to complete a series of autonomous driving functions, such as automatic stopping for obstacles, automatic avoidance, and recognition of traffic markers.
I. Main Modules
1. Display Stand
Measuring 4m by 4m with a height of 60cm, it features a modular design, with the base treated with piano baking varnish and solid wood connections, which can be pieced together to form a complete display stand.
Roads are made using 3D printing technology, with a lane width of 32cm, and traffic lights powered by a 12V supply.
Infrared sensors have an operating voltage range of 3.3V-15V and can detect up to a distance of 5m; speed sensors operate at 3.3V-5V.
The main structure of the building is made from 2mm thick fire-resistant polymer engineering plastic boards.
1. Cloud Control Platform
Equipped with a 50-inch display, the industrial computer configuration includes a 6-core 12-thread CPU, with a main frequency of 2.9G, a 12M tertiary cache, 8GB LPDDR4x memory, and a 500GB solid-state drive.
Interface support includes Gigabit Ethernet + WiFi and USB3.0 to ensure high-speed data transmission and connection stability.
2. Intelligent Traffic Vehicle-Road Cooperative System
Vehicle Information Monitoring: Real-time monitoring and display of vehicle camera information, including vehicle status, speed, battery level, and other driving state information, supporting the selection of different vehicles' information displays.
Intelligent Traffic Light System: Real-time monitoring of the status of traffic lights, customizable settings for the duration of each group of traffic lights and traffic strategies, support for two-phase and four-phase traffic states, and one-touch phase transition functionality.
Road Intelligent Monitoring System: Display the driving map and routes of the entire sandbox, real-time display of vehicle positions, enhancing road monitoring capabilities.
Smart Parking Monitoring System: Real-time display of the parking status of each parking space in the parking lot, improving parking lot management efficiency.
