BYD E5 - EV Battery Training System (EVA0101)

The Electric Vehicle Battery Management System Training Platform is a highly specialized training equipment designed for in-depth understanding and practical application of electric vehicle battery management technology.

Visualization of Internal Structure of Battery Pack: The power battery pack is disassembled from the original seal cover and replaced with a transparent enclosure, allowing students to directly understand the internal structure of the battery pack.

Independent Battery Testing Module: Each battery pack is equipped with an independent battery testing module, which communicates with the main control module via a CAN bus to achieve balance control.

Testing Control Panel: Resistance, voltage, and current of each control and signal line can be measured through testing holes.

Original Power Battery Pack Water Cooling System: Includes a water-cooling system, facilitating a direct understanding of the battery pack cooling operation.

  • The      software is directly connected to the battery system and can display      various key data including battery charge, temperature, and voltage. Its      data grouping display feature makes monitoring clearer, facilitating quick      identification and analysis of battery status.

  • This      software plays a key role in battery fault simulation and teaching,      reflecting real-time performance status and immediately displaying fault      phenomena during fault setting, greatly enhancing the practicality of      fault diagnosis and exclusion teaching.

  • Users can      understand the battery charging process and changes in battery performance      by observing changes in battery data during normal start-up and operation      of the car, as well as comparing data before and after charging.

  • Such      real-time data monitoring and analysis provide strong support for battery      maintenance and optimization, as well as a practical educational tool for      teaching and technical training.

  • Display      the real-time status of each individual cell within the power battery,      including the highest voltage and its corresponding cell number, the      lowest voltage and its corresponding cell number, the highest temperature      and its corresponding cell number, and the lowest temperature and its      corresponding cell number. The temperature and voltage status of each cell      should be updated in real-time with changes in the power battery's state.

  • Show the      status of the 13 battery modules in the power battery. The interface      should include 13 switch buttons to select different battery modules. Upon      selecting a specific battery module, its precise location and the voltage      status of its individual cells should be displayed on the power battery      pack's diagram.
